Bei unserem Event gibt es keine festen Sitzplätze. Es ist bewusst als Flanier-Event gestaltet, bei dem ihr verschiedene Bereiche entdecken, erleben und nutzen könnt.

Wir bitten euch daher herzlich, Sitzplätze nicht dauerhaft als „Rastplatz“ zu reservieren. Nach einer gewissen Zeit behalten wir uns vor, nicht genutzte Plätze wieder freizugeben, damit alle Gäste die Möglichkeit haben, zwischendurch zu sitzen.

Seid versichert, dass – besonders am Abend – ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten für euch vorhanden sein werden.

There is no fixed seating at our event. It is intentionally designed as a strolling-style event, inviting you to explore and enjoy different areas throughout the venue.

We kindly ask you not to reserve seats as a permanent “resting spot.” After a certain period, we may clear unused seats to ensure that all guests have the opportunity to sit down when needed.

Please rest assured that – especially in the evening – plenty of seating will be available for everyone.

Unsere Stornierungsbedingungen sind wie folgt:

Wenn ihr bis 15 Tage vor Beginn des Festivals storniert, erhaltet ihr 75 % des bereits gezahlten Betrags zurück.

Bei einer Stornierung zwischen 14 und 8 Tagen vor Festivalbeginn werden 50 % des gezahlten Betrags erstattet.

Ab dem 7. Tag vor Festivalbeginn ist eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich.

 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel up to 15 days before the start of the festival, you will receive a 75% refund of the amount you have paid.

If you cancel between 14 and 8 days before the festival begins, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

From the 7th day before the festival starts, cancellations are no longer possible.
